I am sure that by now you have heard of “The 100” diet. It’s pretty much everywhere right now, and it doesn’t seem to be going away anytime soon. The diet says that you can’t have more than 100 sugar calories in a day, but what does the author include as sugar calories? Well not just sugar or unhealthy foods, basically he just wants you to limit all carbs. He has a pretty simple formula to determine the sugar calories in food though; take the number of grams of carbs and times it by four. So, a food that has 25 grams of carbs has 100 sugar calories, or a whole days’ worth.
